ANNUAL MEETING:

WHAT:  Annual meeting for Montana High Tech Business Alliance members
WHEN: Wednesday, October 30, 2019, 2:00-4:30 pm
WHERE: Residence Inn by Marriott Missoula Downtown (Missoula Mercantile site), 125 North Pattee Street, Missoula, Montana 59802. McLeod-Hammond conference room. Click here for a map. 

All paying members are invited to send a representative to the Alliance's annual meeting. Please register by Oct. 20.

2:00-3:15 Annual meeting business. Each member company will get one vote.

3:15-3:30 pm: Networking break


The Future of Work and Partnerships in Higher Education   

3:30-4:30 pm: Discussion with Seth Bodnar, President, University of Montana

Ticket availability will be limited to the following:

  • Platinum, Gold and Silver members - 3 company representatives
  • Bronze members - 2 company representatives
  • Startup, Industry Professional, or Emerging Professional members - 1 company representative

Parking is available off-street and in the downtown parking garages, as well as at the hotel for a fee.

The Residence Inn by Marriott is offering a discounted room rate of $109 per night for Montana High Tech Business Alliance members attending the October 30 event. Room rates are quoted exclusive of local taxes and fees. Book your group rate for MT High Tech Business Alliance or call 406-543-6252 and ask for the group by name. There are a limited number of discounted rooms available and reservations must be made by October 9.

WHAT:  Networking for Montana High Tech Business Alliance members
WHEN: Wednesday, October 30, 2019, 5:00-7:00 pm
WHERE: Sixth floor, First Interstate Bank, 101 E Front St, Missoula, MT 59801 (use Higgins Street entrance). Click here for a map. 

Join the Montana High Tech Business Alliance for an evening of networking and conversation. Beer, wine, and appetizers will be served. Significant others are welcome.

The number of guests per organization is based on membership level:

  • $5000 Platinum (12 guests plus spouses)

  • $2500 Gold (8 guests plus spouses)

  • $1000 Silver (5 guests plus spouses)

  • $500 Bronze (3 guests plus spouses)

  • $100 Startup (2 guests plus spouses)

  • $50-250 Emerging Professional and Industry Professional (1 guest plus spouse)

Additional tickets may be purchased for $10 each.

Members are also encouraged to bring guests from non-member companies who may be interested in joining the Alliance. Non-member prospects may attend one reception for free. Non-members who have attended in the past will need to purchase tickets. Please register by Oct. 20.


Time

Annual member meeting held from 2:00 - 4:30 pm at the Resident Inn by Marriott.

Reception for members and guests held from 5:00 - 7:00 pm on the sixth floor of First Interstate Bank.
