For more than fifty years, Dick Anderson Construction (DAC) has been at the forefront of construction innovation and technical capabilities as a General Contracting and Construction Management firm, with offices across Helena, Billings, Bozeman, the Flathead, Great Falls, and Missoula, Montana; Jackson and Sheridan, Wyoming; Phoenix, Arizona; and Downers Grove, Illinois.

DAC provides comprehensive contracting and construction management services across a diverse portfolio, including commercial offices, medical centers, institutional renovations, higher education facilities, wastewater treatment plants, financial institutions, bridges, dams, parking structures, historical restorations, ranch infrastructure, large-scale residential, and retail developments.

Out of the portfolio listed above, some of the projects have included:

• The construction of Amazon’s first warehouse in the state of Montana - a 72,000 sf precast concrete distribution warehouse building, as well as a 7,000 sf office block comprising common-area restrooms, ablutions, quiet rooms, mothers’ room, locker area, break room, training, and entry vestibule.
• Leading construction on a new 60,850-square-foot addition to Boeing’s manufacturing facility in Helena.
• A variety of college campus buildings, including a covered, inflatable practice field at the University of Montana; college of business and chemistry buildings at Montana State University; and administrative offices and student housing at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL.
• Renovating a large portion of the Montana State Capitol Building, as well as eliminating a variety of non-historic alterations made over the course of the building’s history, receiving the Governor’s 2001 Special Preservation Award, as well as a nomination for the AON Build America Award.
• Numerous company headquarters/campuses include Northwestern Energy, Robert Peccia and Associates, and Shodair Children’s Hospital.
